Yulia Boozer is a data and AI leader with more than 20 years of experience across data architecture, engineering, analytics, product strategy, and implementation. Her experience includes more than a decade serving community banks, along with work in insurance and higher education.
She founded Iskratek to help organizations move from disconnected data and technology initiatives to practical solutions that can operate reliably beyond the initial prototype. She is passionate about using data for good—helping mission-driven organizations create lasting impact.
